Hotel review for Hotel Grupotel Acapulco Playa

According to Ilona, this is an OK option for a family holiday. Near the hotel there are excellent shopping options. In the opinion of the reviewer, the staff's handling of complaints could not be better. The atmosphere and the furnishings in the dining and bar areas were fantastic. In Ilona's opinion, the beach is amazing. Ilona found the cleanliness of the room to be of the highest quality.
