Hotel review for Hotel Asteria

the rooms on the -4 floor are very damp and the smell there is very unpleasant, so we were extremely happy when the manager gave us the room on the -1 floor - it was good, despite the fact that air conditioner worked only as a fan, and that the safe was out of order. The service was incredible - especially the waiter (young man with spectacles) who was serving drinks during the animation night shows - he was very polite, kind and complaisant. Also the young lady at guest relations - Chinara was very nice to us too - very friendly, polite, helped us a lot with a la carte restaurants! Animation team was great, especially their night shows - it was awesome! The food was really delicious, especially the chineese restaurant! The area around the hotel is realy beautiful. The cats in the hotel are funny, I really enjoyed feeding them!
