Simone found the cleanliness of the hotel was bad. There are only a few shopping opportunities near the hotel. The staff has no idea how to handle complaints. According to Simone, the atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were unpleasant. Simone reported that the leisure time facilities left to be desired. The bathroom was better than average.
