hotel rooms are very nice comfortable clean and plenty of room

location is excellent not far from Amadores beach, nice resturants and shops to browse around 5 minutes in a taxi to puerto rico

some off the staff are very good but their are a few who are not very helpful at mealtimes in the restaraunt the staff are running around like headless chickens not enough staff to cope with the demand tables not cleared waiting for someone to take your drinks order.

the food was off a good quality, they need to cater more for the English, all inclusive was good but if you wanted a snack late evening their was nothing available after 9. 30

the pool area were excellent as were the pools comfortable sun beds nice and relaxing, the entertainment in the bar was very bad its such a lovely room but no atmosphere the singers were dreadful same thing most nights

the rooms were excellent very clean towels changed daily lots of space the only complaint is their is no tea or coffee facilities in your room to make a drink

we had a great time would recomend this hotel they just need to get a few things right and it would be a fantastic hotel
