Servicewüste Floresta
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel Floresta nicht weiterempfehlen. Uns fehlte eine grundsätzliche Freundlichkeit oder wenigstens Höflichkeit der Angestellten, das beginnt natürlich an der Rezeption. Hier wird weder gegrüsst noch verabschiedet, keine Fragen über Zufriedenheit gestellt und auch nicht über das absolut Nötigste hinaus Service geboten. Schade! Unser massives Kakerlakenproblem wurde relativ belächelt ("sind es denn wirklich viele?"). Unter massiv verstehen wir ca. 10 riesengrosse Kakerlaken am Tag. Milde lächelnd wurde uns ein neues Appartment zugewiesen, hier hatten wir dieses Problem nicht mehr (so schlimm). Auch schade, weil die Anlage an sich, also die Lage und der Zustand wirklich gut sind.
