Hotel review for Hotel Hipotels Barrosa Palace

Angetan von dem hervorragenden 5-Sterne-Haus Hipotel Palace in Cala Millor auf Marllorca haben meine Frau und ich im März 2008 das Hipotel Barroso Palace zum Golf-Urlaub gebucht. Das Hotel liegt landschaftlich sehr schön, verkehrsberuhigt und ruhig in einem Küstenareal mit 3 weiteren, aber eigenständigen Häusern der Hipotel-Gruppe. Das Hotel ist 3-stockig gebaut und hat schöne geräumige Zimmer. Leider ist das Hotel extrem hellhrig, sodass man den ganzen Abend bis in die Nacht und am frühen Morgen vom Lärm hin- und hergerückter Stühle, Sessel oder Tische genervt wird und so um seine Nachtruhe gebracht wird. In den Zimmern gab es keine Safes. Diese befanden sich in einem Raum neben der Rezeption, welche dennoch kostenpflichtig waren. Ein weiteres Unding für ein 5-Sterne Haus war, dass die Schwimmbäder erst ab 10 Uhr benutzbar waren und dann nur bis 19 Uhr. Zudem musste für einen Saunabesuch 13, 50 Euro gezahlt werden. Das Essen war im Vergleich zum Haus auf Mallorca gut 1-2 Klassen schechter hinsichtlich Variation, Qualität und Präsentation.
