A lot of people were here with kids. There were rarely couples without kids, there were more elderly people. Most of the guests came from Germany and England.
The facility had 366 rooms divided in 6 stages. The facility had air-conditioner too. The reception had a lobby and there also was a cafeteria, a pizzeria, a restaurant and a saloon with bar. The garden and the pool were big too! Kids had a lot of attention too! One can rent a towel for $10 Euros, but one gets the money back.

Right on the beach (one gest through the hotel to the beach). The water was super calm and low, one can run and it is very good for kids!!!!
The harbour is 6 km away in Alcudia. Alcudia is an amazing city, very recommendable. One can get there with the bus, it costs $1,50 Euros and it takes half an hour (the bus is always ver full).
The transfer time to the airport is one hour.
Can Picafort is 8k away and one can also take the bus there! There is a disco and many bars and shops in Can Picafort.

The room was well cleaned every day. It was always very clean!

Gastronomy

All inclusive or half pension are available. We had half a pension and it was good.
In the mornings one can find everything that corresponds to a good breakfast! Only the coffee was not good. There was sparkling wine every Sunday morning!
The buffet was delicious. Sometimes there was theme night, like Spanish or Italian; al lot was offered. The waiters were very nice too.

Sport & Entertainment

There was childcare in the kids club. The animation was versatile, but not intrusive. Many sports were offered: waterball, boccia, volleyball...

Room

Our room was very clairaudient (we would hear every night how they emptied the glass container). The bed was not so comfortable and the pillows were very hard.
We could see some channels in German. We had a studio with kitchenette and fridge.

Tips and recommendations

We were there in September and at the end of our trip we had, unfortunately, bad weather. It rained a lot because there was a storm. It would be recommendable to take an umbrella and warm clothes in September. Weather aside, the vacation was awsome!!!
This hotel is very recommendable when one has kids!!! If one is looking for quietness, this hotel is not very recommendable then!!!!
