Hotel review for Hotel Iberostar Papagayo

Das Hotel ist im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Die Rezeptionisten sind teilweise an den urlaubsbezogenen Problemen der Kunden (beispielsweise wenn die Reisetasche am Flughafen nicht ankommt) nicht interessiert.
Das Buffet ist zwar groß, aber die Speisen des warmen Buffets sind teilweise kalt. Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sorgt ausgiebig für Ordnung.
