Hotel review for Hotel Iberostar Varadero

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Urlaub im Iberostar Hotel. Negativ zu beurteilen ist aus meiner Sicht, das es am Abend keine Bar, in der man Ruhe hat. Die Lobbybar ist dírekt neben dem Theater und dort ist jeden Abend was los. Die Geräuschkulisse ist relativ hoch. Manchmal zu hoch.
Jeden Abend werden Shows angeboten, die sehr gut sind.
Beim Hotelstandard muss man in Kuba generell Abstriche machen. Dieses Hotel ist aber mit Sicherheit eines der Besten. Der Strand ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Es gibt einen sehr schmalen Bereich, links und rechts Abseits wird der Strand aber breiter. Leider sind am Morgen schon alle Liegen reserviert. Positiv ist zu bewerten, das auch am Strand immer bedient wird. Zusätzlich gibt es Personal zum Liegenaufstellen und "Bademeister". Die Salvavidas sind jederzeit bereit, alles zu organisieren, z. B. Zigarren, Ausflüge etc.. Ein gewisser Jesus vom Strand tauscht gerne europäische Fussballtrikots gegen Zigarren ein. Seine Grösse ist 2XL.
Die Speisen im Restaurant sind schmackhaft und okay, wir hätten uns etwas mehr Ausgefallenes gewünscht. Tagsüber werden überall auf der Anlage Hamburger und Hot Dogs angeboten.
