When Anja from Bockenau visited the hotel it was quite clean and pleasant. There are good shopping facilities near Hotel Monte Triana. As mentioned by Anja, the staff is competent and has the ability to communicate in foreign languages. The food is good. According to Anja, the bathroom was excellent.
