The hotel was found in good condition. Beate. disliked the restaurants and bar situation near the hotel. According to Beate., the staff has no idea of how to handle the guest's complaints. Beate. found that there was good diversity of food and beverage choices. In the reviewer's opinion, the leisure time facilities at Hotel Playacalida were good. The rooms are not cleaned well enough.
