Super hotel, great service!

5.0The Riu Monica is already a little old hotel, with a top service and great location in a really nice and small town.
Location
5.5The hotel is placed directly by a big bath bay. There are shopping possibilities directly by the hotel. There are circa 5 minutes to the nice downtown of Nerja, with great bars and shops.
Service
6.0The service in this hotel is simply brilliant. Everybody makes a great effort to make everybody feel comfortable. Just after arriving they offered us a glass of champagne and later they also asked us if we liked the room. The personnel was always very friendly.
Gastronomy
5.5We booked half pension and the food was really great. For breakfast as well as for dinner there was an enormous offer in the big buffet . In the table, every empty dish was removed within seconds.
Sport & Entertainment
5.0The swimming pool was big enough and there were also enough lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Room
4.0The rooms are very big and have a nice bath! The only bad point of the room is the carpeted floor (as said, the hotel is a little old). All the rooms in the hotel have a side sea view and a big balcony.
