The overall cleanliness was pretty good. Hotel RIU Palace Lanzarote is just a short distance from the beach. Willi commented that the competence of the staff in their ability to communicate in other languages was very good. The atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were quite nice. According to Willi, the quality of the pool was not very good. Willi reported that the rooms were reasonably sized.
