Hotel review for Hotel Sonnleiten

Wir sind mit unseren zwei Kindern nicht zuvorkommend behandelt worden. Wir wollten kurzfristig das Zimmer wechseln, weil wir falsch gebucht waren. Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht nur inkompetent sondern auch unverschämt. Nach Saalbach werden wir wieder kommen, in dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr.
