Hotel review for Hotel Taro Beach

Hotel

We have really had nothing to complain about. It's positive here that it is also designed for handicapped (people with wheeling chairs), as everything is reachable over the ramps. One notices that the location was completely renovated. Everything is very clean and in order.

Location

Beachlocation!! Costa Calma is a very silent holiday area. Who looks for silence, like us, will also find it here and can enjoy it unlimitedly. After the daily trips in the massive tourists spots we were again happy to be able to enjoy this silence. One takes a transfer time of approx. 75 minutes to this beach in Kauf with great pleasure. Small tip for beachwalkers - definitely take beach shoes with for the rocky part, when you plan a kilometer long walk on the beach

Service

My requests for an additional blanket in the first evening was immediately fullfilled, so that I didnt have to freeze during the nights. Exclusively German personnel at the reception and partially in the bars. The overwhole personnel is very friendly.

Gastronomy

International kitchen!! Every evening there were different meat and fish meals. Noddles, rice, potatos, vegetables. It is also good, that one can pick out his meal time on the first evening. We were in the second cycle from 19:30 o'clock. The buffet looked to be made pretty fresh and the warm meals were also warm. The prices in the hotel are ok. So costs a big international beer 1,85 Euro. The personnel is also happy, like here, for a tip. They get really happy and one can notice that.

Sport & Entertainment

I found the animation good. In the evening I was in the bar, whether livemusic (solo entertainer) or shows (flamenco dance, travestieshow etc). We were in the hotel for 9 days and there was something offered every evening. It was not that easy for the daily animateurs with the guests, but they have always tried really hard in order to draw through their programm - Praiseworthy !! The pool facility is very nice.

Room

Super spacious rooms and a huge balcone. The location is very spacious, so that by vast relaxing opportunities one can get out of the way. Overwhole very clean location. There is a hair-dryer in the bathroom, well dont take any with. There's a large ceiling ventilator provided in the room.
The big wall closet was huge. We could place an ample amount of the clothes in without any problem. Our room was on the reception floor (the main building) with seaview. It was very nice.

Tips and recommendations

Overall a very good price/performance ratio. We have paid last minute only 900 Euro for 2 persons for 9 days. What else do you want? For a winter holiday under the warm sun, but also sometimes with storms is absolutely recommendable. Tipp for making phone calls - buy first the phone cards by the travel guide. They are really the cheapest!! Important - dont keep anything in safe. There are also criminal groups in the holiday! That was our nicest holiday till now and we have totally relaxed!!
