The hotel is situated amidst parkland right by the river Danube, with a view of Pöstlingberg, only a short walking distance from the old town and an 800-metre drive from the motorway A7 (Mühlkreisautobahn). It offers 176 rooms in 2 categories, an excellent view over the city and the river Danube, and a public garage directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is ideally situated for an overnight stay during a bicycle tour along the banks of the river from Passau to Vienna.

The Wellness Club "Hape del Mar - Spa & More" welcomes you with an indoor swimming pool, a steam bath and a sauna (free of charge for our hotel guests), as well as numerous wellness and massage offers (for a fee). The hotel is equipped with 8 bright air-conditioned rooms, ranging from 25 m² to 210 m² for meetings of up to 100 people on one floor and events of up to 200 people.
