Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged 10 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 3 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per 30 minutes.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included.
