  Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

  Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  

  Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
  

  Down payment: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

  Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

  Pets: Pets are not allowed.

  Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

  Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
