Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.
All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per 30 minutes. Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per 30 minutes.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
