Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child under 11 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child under 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.50 per hour. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 12.00 per 24 hours.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 11.60 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
