Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.70 per person.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 2.5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. One child or adult is charged EUR 32.10 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Down payment: 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
