  Menu: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

  Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
  

  Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
  

  Down payment: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

  Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.
  

  Pets: Pets are not allowed.

  Parking: Free Public parking is possible at a location nearby.

  Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
