Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 2 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 10 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 12.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
