Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.
Extra beds are not available.
One child from 3 to 8 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
One child from 9 to 14 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
One further older child or adult is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.50 per hour.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
