Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child under 11 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child under 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.50 per hour. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 12.00 per 24 hours.
Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 5.00 per 30 minutes.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 15.08 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
