Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night for cots.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and charges are applicable.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible). Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
