the employees gave themselves much trouble with the German Language, but mainly one should try with English. The majority of the guests unfortunately the Russian tourist, but we have also enough German found.
the hotel was very clean, it was daily the room cleaned and tidy., as well as also daily two fresh Bottles of water in the room. And small surprises as a hibiskusblume or figures from towels were to find.

Hotel Shams Prestige Resort in Abu Soma, Hurghada/Safaga
initially once a number of comments at the beginning. Since our vacation the specificity was characterised, when we arrived in the hotel experienced, that time just whole 17 tourist in the area are, I do not rule out, that the a or other negative comment at full capacity of the hotel improved (or deteriorated). the hotel lies lonely, but direct at the beach. The U-Shaped architecture, made possible a beautiful views of the lovely laid out large garden, the main pool and the sea. The rooms are rather unloving furnished, but practical. The cleanliness was in general good. Garden, pool, lobby, restaurant, and beach were always immaculate, only the corridors were very neglected. From the very small size of this hotel, we were pleased and also booked. It is only all inclusive and there are no horrific bracelets ☺
to our time of vacation it was 10 to 14 couples, of which was a few from France, otherwise everything German. Very pleasant audience, the average age was about beginning 20 until about the end of 60.
the Concept front desk need urgently improve, there should be no staff on the chairs for the guests 'around', the especially good impression.
