I would like to draw your attention to some details of our stay at nguni lodge on the 11.01 to 13.01.2011
We were two families- both with teenage kids.
1. Absence of hot water for day one. The same for day two-only afterlunch the problem has been fixed. After two complaints. And this is for 3 houses.No apologies or compliments on that problem.
