The apartments are situated on a hill in Airlie Beach, from where you can get a good view of the sea. Most guests rent the apartments for a week or two, single nights are also available. The apartments are spread out in several houses whereas the 3rd floor the highest. There is no elevator. On the ground floor there is the garage with ample parking. We had a one-bedroom apartment for 125 AUD per night.

clean and with a view of the sea and the beach.
there are 3 restaurants/ cafe attached to the hotel: Cactus Jack/bar (Mexican), Capers (restaurant) and mangrove jacks (CAFE/bar).
the rooms were very nice and modernly decorated. Cleanliness was very good and all the furnishings were new! Balcony and the view was amazing! Air conditioning was available. The bath had a shower tub.

The so-called hotel is in a run-down condition. The rooms, the hallway, the elevator, everywhere dirty, smelly, old and worn! Actually been in any serious Urlaubskatalog to be offered.
The condition of the closets is hard to describe. Old, moldered, dirty, worn. We have standard and deluxe. Neither of these is called room!
What service? We have not noticed it.
