At first glance the hotel has a good impression made, but on closer inspection it was exactly the opposite.
the cleanliness left much to be desired, both at the rooms as well as in the buffet...
the service was bad, the staff spoke no English...
offered services such as late RISER breakfast were in the hotel in offers.
the travel guide had one in another hotel visit...

We were the third time in this hotel. Generally one hard-working, to keep everything clean. Cleaning staff are 24 hours on the day at work. Nevertheless has the cleanliness in the main building something neglected. At the bar spilled drinks were swept, but because of the very economical use of cleaning agents stuck it nevertheless now and again. In July/August was the hotel from lots of German visited. Large hotel, partly freshly renovated, clean, all inclusive very good, many Germans, romanians, Bulgarians and different other nationalities. In September were also lots of pensioners because, apart from that between 40 and 70, few youth.

the size of the hotel was in my opinion perfectnot too large area. No more and no to small area, in the nothing at all is going on.
in the cleanliness I have nothing negative!
the services were very good, because even for our youth group of 8 people always employment was a (entertainment, direct beach, pool, and also our guide the perfect program a party for the gold package 30 euros and one afternoon with a quad safari and a day in the aqua POLIS and a foreign restaurant in a other restauran... otherwise more and more tourist so it was nice there.
it was so great. Directly at the ocean, everything was clean, nice Staff, really nice Lifeguard, was very afterwards the pool always clean is, and was always on the spot. We had a great room with a view of the sea. Before the balcony door a gauze-door, we have nowhere had. The quality of the pool was good.
