Bed & Breakfast Aak Compaen in Arnhem, Central Netherlands
The aak-Compaen is a boat (former Kieskahn), the as bed & BREACKFAST-pension was being remodeled. The aak-Compaen is right in Arnhem on the Rhine and is just drive by car (parking lot next to the jetty). accomodations were small-ensuite cabins, each with 2 beds and a small wet room (shower, toilet, sink). We have tried the Papendal time, but we didn't convinced us. The hotel's off the beaten path of street surrounded by forests and meadows. In the immediate vicinity is also a golf club. Very large impersonal hotel. updated with modern interiors, for example, laminate, separated by glass shower, but in October but very cold rooms, heating is just below the ceiling, which wasn't so very much, as we were staying in the 'basement'.
