We didn’t get the classic luxury room with sea view we had booked and were told that I hadn’t booked directly at the hotel but through hotels.com – otherwise we would have had it! As I insisted on my booking several times we could move into the fourth floor into a room with sea view after two nights (booked five!). time; expensive Internet, should be free nowadays like in the four other hotels we stayed in.
