the hotel is surely not the newest, but it lacks nothing. There are bungalows, in a compact area distributed. The rooms (studios) are commodious, there is a living room with a sofa and table, a kitchenette (we needed in all inclusive but not) and a really small bathroom. Everything was in good condition. The only thing, wS not promised, the ' waswellness area' in (right next to the entrance to the underground parking). The sauna is tiny, the indoor pool full of chlorine. The fitness room is l... We booked at short notice a pure relaxationand beach vacation on Cyprus. After our known this five star hotel in the travel office and the chosen November had booked, we thought, that we could do nothing wrong here and bays also this hotel.
the rooms were big and spacious, although we only had booked an economy room. The cleanliness and cleaning the hotel room left however a lot to be desired.

Hotel Nissi Beach Resort in Ayia Napa/Agia Napa, South Cyprus
Sufficient commodious and equipped rooms, the hotel is not the newest but before some time freshly renovated. Outside offers a beautiful garden area the one hundred meters to about the beach in the wonderful Bay with a small lying off Island. All inclusive is very recommendable as there were hardly any restrictions, and the small bars and the tavern the Nissi beach could. Beach service inclusive. The hotel complex is very nice and is located near at the beach.
the room was clean.
the guests: too many Cypriots, Russians, German.
the pool was freezing. The staff too many very unfriendly. Loads of cats in the area, which, especially in the outdoor areas, the food of the guests served. There was only 1 restaurant and 1 bar open, everything other 'seasonal' closed.
