The hotel is located in good condition.
the cleanliness the area was on the whole good.
we have the stay in the Rapporteur wasn't with half board (includes breakfast, Afternoon snack& dinner) booked. Furthermore the booking included free use the Spabereiches with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna etc. (as on the homepage described).
in the present guests it was mainly for Austria, Hungary and German.

These Bertung is safe a little too hard, but the hotel leaves but a bad impression.
Before a few years was the hotel surely once top, but now seems like the tooth the time but many corner.
Here is the biggest fault of the hotel! We had room 131. It is practical appointed and at first glance nice to look at, but then it is: the only radiator in the room you can't even rules. the hotel is in my opinion absolutely recommendable nonetheless.
everything is very clean and modern and comfortable furnished.
We had a comfort room which very large and was clean.
also the bathroom was nice and the bath tub with a view of the mountains is dreamlike.
All staff, particularly the waiters, are very attentive and friendly.
The restaurant is very nice and big, you get a seats, the you during the duration of the stay reserves.

cleanliness: dining area everything was OK, but in the rooms not satisfactory
- mattresses looked the feathers out
- bathroom it smelled very intensively to channel
- radiator didn't work/left just to level 2 to adjust, so it was in the room quite fresh

rooms are clean and large. View fantastic.
Very bad. Nothing from the promised pick-up service. Unfriendly Front desk. No welcome drink as promised. The room we had to ourselves. No thank you for this price! So you get no regular guests!
Bad value for money. We won't be back.
Food OK, but also nothing special. Rather poor program. Only the waiting staff was nice, at the front desk large pent-up demand.
