Very clean. Rooms are lovely. Bathroom looked to be newly refurbished. Not overly small, tastefully decorated, with TV, telephone, hairdryer in the private bathroom, with ample outside balcony seating Mr. Kaiser was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Our room was cleaned every day. the canvas covering on the balcony fenced needs to be laced at the bottom. We were awakened during the night as it flapped in the wind. The food was excellent.
