The hotel offers a very dusty Atmosphere from the seventies (diplomatic terms!). Actually friendly staff, but the leadership of the hotel is on maximising laid out. The guests roughly said 'put' be! We wanted 2 nights stay, but already after a night early and perfectly annoyed left.
4 star? Ridiculous. The whole is what I would call ' Sanatorium with youth hostel character'!
Significant: no manager or Deputy accessible, because simply not present.

Hotel has gotten old, cleanliness moderate, booking was done with half board.
Rooms are really big, cleanliness moderate.
We were with young dog arrived, tourism opposite not responsive and often fearful response. One day we stayed for about 2 hours in the thermal bath and after our return we had to find, in our room the beds were made. We do not have to service, it was the room enter without our knowledge. You should be aware, that you are in a natural vacation or short break power and the chrysantihof a wellness hotel is. Of course, since the older Generation, the peace and relaxation searches. Also for younger this hotel is ideal for a spa treatment or a spa weekend. You can get on and so warm welcomes, as in any other hotel on the world. particularly positive the large rooms are noticed-with 50 square meters fully commodious. Small Kitchenette, fridge, kettle and coffee machine you can also in between do something about it.
