Ballachulish

As part of a tour we stayed for 2 days at the Ballachulish hotel. The hotel is old and nicely furnished, some with antiques. There's no hotel elevator, so it is not recommended for people with Bewegungseinschränkungen. Our room on the 2nd floor. Very basic hotel in a beautiful location (right on the lake). The food was good for Scottish standards. The hotel is really cozy, in particular the small rooms with comfortable seating on the ground floor. As the don't get a room on the ground floor and no elevator should avoid this hotel people with mobility problems, otherwise it is but for a couple of nights thoroughly recommended. Read more
