Great city centre location with everything you need for a weekend break within walking distance. Our room on the top floor was on the small side but very clean (as were the public areas of the hotel). We found a decent choice available for our buffet breakfast. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. Read more

Located in the middle of the action, overlooking the market square. Many shops and restaurants nearby, and a short walk form the train station. Bern is generally a very walkable city that's just oozing history, and this building is no different. Read more

I enjoyed the quiet jazz music played at the hotel facilities.
We had a junior suite. Large room, air conditioned, with a comfortable sitting area and desk. The room had few power sockets. The reception helped by providing power socket converter.
The hotel is clean, the staff is competent, friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived at the Swiss national day, we got a table at the otherwise fully-booked restaurant.

We stayed for one night at this hotel as a start from our holiday in Switzerland. It is located in a very quiet area so absolutely no traffic noise or whatever. Do not book a hotel in the busy and crowded centre of Bern!
Our room for three persons was good, with good beds. The bathroom a bit small, but for one night no problem. Breakfast is good.
Tram stops 2 minutes away and within 5 minutes you are in the centre (walking takes about 10 minutes).

A great hotel on a center location in Bern. Safe area and wide variaty of shops, restaurants and bars around. The Museums are also on alking distance. Excellent place to stay if you are visitng Bern for work or just to get to know the city. Read more
