We had a great holidays at Villagio Planetarium Resort! The place is almost brand new, very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Our kids had a lot of fun at the pool. The animation was great. Rooms were spacious, nicely furnished. The only disadvantage was lack of wifi connection in our apartament, as the wifi signal is only in the pool/restaurant area and in surrounding apartaments.

To state it clear the staff is unfriendly an rather incompetent.
They do not speak or really understand anything but italian. They make a show of knowing 3 sentences in german but they don't understand the answer and their english es even worse.
Dusty foors, dead lights, dirty airconditioning, dirty mugs or glasses with drinks seems to be normale here. After a complaint I even heared "you glass was clean bevor you got it".
You don't get Icecream at the pool....Italien guests next to you ... Read more

Great location just next to the beach, extremly friendly and almost "family" staff. Rooms clean but rather tiny. Breakfasts are OK, but it's not like a English Breakfest, Lunch and dinner are rather poor, despite nice looking menu quality of the food is kind of two star ... Read more

We had a 2 room apartment, which was big enough for our family with 2 smaller children (2 and 5 years old) The interior was a bit dated, but it looked like they were renovating the entire place again, so it should be perfect very soon.
Airconditioning was included, which was very nice.
It could have been cleaned a bit better before we arrived, but it was acceptable.
Apart from the fact that it was a bit dated, we had no complaints.

My husband and I spent the weekend relaxing in Bibione palace after been in Rome and venice. I could not fault this hotel in anyway, the staff cant do enough for their guests, the facilities are second to none, whoever designed the interior did it to perfection!! We were on honeymoon so the kids were not with us, If they had of been it would have been an excellent family hotel too. My only query would be....why is this hotel not 5 star? Read more
