From my experience with the 2 star hotel, definitely when making reservations indicate the rooms 36 and 37.
More about that under "room".
I don't suggest room 38. Although there was also a TV, refrigerator and microwave available, the bathroom, toilet was the standard of 20 years ago.
The rooms were cleaned once during the five days I was there.
The halls smelled very strong like stale smoke. Noticed throughout the hotel.
