Most relaxing holiday ever
Hotel Falconara Charming Resort in Butera, Sicily & Lipari / Aeolian Islands
We picked this hotel because of its size and location. Because it is so secluded, we found the privacy and peace that we were looking for here. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - even to the extent where one offered to drive to Licata to buy me the after-sun cream I had forgotten at home. Although there was a larger group of people booked at the hotel for the first 5 days we were there, we still received VIP service and attention from the staff at all levels. Our every wish w...
