Cala Fornells

We stayed for two weeks in hotel coronado and were pleasantly surprised. There are some very negative reviews emerged, we almost have to change. This privately run hotel is part of a somewhat older Impression, but where it comes to the crunch (food, room, transportation, location) everything was great. the room (104) was big enough for the three of us. The hotel has about 30 rooms. All are equipped with view of the sea equipped. the complex in relation to the rooms are large and adequate. There are two pools and a children's pool. It is also the garden nice laid out and there are sufficient Sun, as well as also shade places. Everything is very neat and clean. The food is very tasty. The hotel is located in of the kids, cala fornells hidden, a place between peguera and port andratx there are approximately 45 rooms, which are mainly located in the main building. Many of the rooms are in the meantime in need of renovation, there was damp places, mold and the quality of the furniture is of very low standard, everything seemed somehow thrown together. Medium-sized, well-kept hotel at the end the Bay of Cala fornells dreamlike, direct, almost tacky view of the sea almost all rooms. Unfortunately on the (large ) balconies no sun. In the summer sure very pleasant if it is very hot in the fall but a little freshly to the afternoon. Comfortable armchair on the balconies, time finally not enough plastic. the hotel with the category 4 stars made a well-kept and clean impression. It's there too many german guests all age groups on. We had the hotel with half board booked. our double room was very spacious, with TV and mini bar. The furnishings ( spacious Wardrobe, dresser with mirror as well as another Bureau with many drawers ) was sufficient. From the balcony we had a dreamlike view of the sea.
