Im todaly disapointed, they should take off 4 star.... we paid a lot of money for nothing... at least was the food great
When we came to our room, I was really disapointed.. It was really stiky in there, awfull interior design, tv etc; everything that CAN NOT happened to a 5 star hotel wich in his name has De Luxe..

Just returned from Zena hotel in Camyuva. Despite of the weaknesses of the hotel in several areas (for i.e.: food, language skills) I tend to say that I enjoyed this seven days and it worth the money I paid for the stay.
First I have received a smaller room downstairs, which has just been refurnished. (Nice decor, flat screen tv.) Mini bar was free and refilled daily.

If you want to be spoiled this hotel is the perfect one. They stole me 100 Turkish lira from the room! Totally disappointed. Do not use this hotel.
My room was cleaned only 2 times but declared it should be each day.
Mini bar dcelared to be refulled each day for free - it was just once for 5 days
Not usable and reallable internet connection even in the lobby!!!
