The hotel is in a very quiet location, with a beautiful garden & pool area. The target market is German-speaking Swiss (who are NOT traveling with children). We were with children and didn't feel completely welcome and didn't receive the best service - perhaps because we are not the typical target market for the hotel. The 'family' room was very small, with a sofa that converts to bunk beds with lots of sharp metal corners which will make parents of small children nervous. The rooms have... Read more
