The hotel lies together with the sister hotel royal Belvedere on a massive area in hillside to water back. It expects one-even after the catalog data-a wonderful, unterbauten view of the sea. However there is no immediate access to the beach. Between the sea and the two hotels is a part of the place chersonissos. No wellness hotel and perhaps only three stars
Hotel Creta Maris Beach Resort in Chersonissos / Hersonissos, Crete
Everything old, the hotel need definitely a renovation.
Old furniture, chairs in the room without pieces (soundproofing), which one the whole day and half night hear (from top, bottom, from next door).
Mold in the shower!
Very poor cleaning of the rooms. Dirt from' previous guests' simply everywhere.
A thick layer of dust.
Beach towel man was very rude. Service in the restaurant also unfriendly (meant women, the the food distribute). They are even mean looked at.

Hotel Chersonissos/Hersonissos Palace in Chersonissos / Hersonissos, Crete
The hotel was in general good. Very clean but also in need of renovation. Every day there was fresh towels and
bed sheets was always changed. The rooms were well equipped everything was available from the TV to the fridge. The air conditioning was a bit too loud but worked.
Layout of the room was good and clean but the bath in need of renovation and it was a bit cramped.
The service really great. The staff at the front desk very accommodating and helpful.

I definitely more beautiful hotels, however it is important, that the service, as well as both the hotel's transportation connections and cleanliness reasonable are. That was becoming a pleasant vacation.
the beds are unfortunately very hard... I hope the fix the problem. Rooms were cleaned every day! Some rooms are located above and you would have to have a piece walk, but after the food right there a walk.

the hotel offers for a reasonable all inclusive vacation almost everything you need, except entertainment in the evening everything available.
Nice equipped rooms, especially the balconies with a view of the sea each morning an experience
staff are very friendly, each attempted a to help, had a room in the old complex with separate rock, which you don't be pushed together, we were immediately a other rooms assigned with a magnificent view of the sea.
