The hotel is a 20 -minute walk from the city center and there are a few restaurants nearby. Bus stop about 100 meters away. The furniture looks somewhat worn but the room was clean. Price/performance ratio wasn't quite ok. Breakfast (20NZD) was not booked for our early left. This hotel I would rather in the area motel. Booked directly through other Accor hotels. Com Read more

Outside my knowledge it sure if this hotel just returned in transition, but it made our room. The furniture is thrown together and beyond date of expiration. The toilets are old and not well maintained. All in all a let down. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Christchurch, so that you whether shopping or entertainment or dinner have a car and go out. Read more

We have stayed there (couple) 1 night, unfortunately disappointing, since we two nights ago in Christchurch in a very nice motel were. Although the hotel accomm in a Deluxe room on the travel agent was booked half a year ago, we were given a room with only a couple two single beds (no queen size bed). In the room there was a very large, round window, the tightened was very visible, if not the curtains you. The window was from the outside very subtly with cobwebs course, we left it to therefor... Great location right on the edge of the park. Very nice walk through the park into the city center from Christchurch-alternatively with the hotel shuttle (free of charge). Pleasant atmosphere by the beautiful garden. Read more
