When going to Cork one should expect light rain.

Cork has a very interesting history therefore there are many beautiful sights worth seeing, these include: The Angel of the Resurrection at St. Finbarre’s Cathedral, Cork City Hall, The Elysian Tower which is Ireland’s tallest building and many other cathedrals, museum and monuments.
