Good-managed hotel, very much reasonable for families with children. Good animation program (Mini-discos, playground). Very much German/Swede-oriented, Eastern-Europeans felt a bit lost (language, acсommodation in worse rooms, etc). Initial reception is good, but then reception desk is not that helpful. Pay attention to the class of your booking - they tend to give you standard room, if even you paid for larger family room. Read more

Lovely resort but almost exclusively German tourists. Food and entertainment aimed at the majority German market - spoken to by staff in German - which was fluent - but limited when they realised you were English. - if you closed your eyes - you could be in a German Holiday Resort! Nice staff, very friendly - especially with the kids.

The variety of food was good and there were special happenings. A... Read more

Very clean. Soley aimed at the German market. The TV, newspapers and magazines and entertainment are all German. Staff, even when spoken to in Italian respond in German. If you want to go to Italy don't go here, it gives a really bad impression of the country
Very clean, a little basic and tired
The reception staff border on racisim! They were absolutley the rudest people (especillay the women) I have ever had to deal with. So rude to the English in fact that they made my sister cry with frus... Read more
