Davos is home to one of Switzerland’s biggest ski resorts. Davos is a very old town having already been inhabited by “Rhaeto-Romans” in 1213. The town is very rich in a calm and peaceful history and became an extremely popular winter destination for many tourists from 1970 onwards.

the hotel National, a former sanatorium, has recently been renovated and remodeled.
great words (hospitality, warmth, at home feel,...), in brochure advertised, agree one hundred per cent!
We had one of the smaller rooms without a balcony booked.
