Nightmare. 1st night, very hot, 1st floor, the window had a huge tree right in front, no air, no sleep. next night, change of room, 1st floor again, a guest plugged in is refrigererated van to the hotel electric, right under our window, huge noise all night. no staff most of the time, no staff after 8pm, they don't answer e-mails if you complain, they simply don't want to know, a very take it or leave it attitude, they don't care at all. a very poor attitude on their part.
